You should receive automatic updates as your order is processed and shipped. You should also receive tracking details the moment your order has shipped. If you have not received any updates or tracking info, please check your spam folder. You are also welcome to contact us to check on your order status at any time.
What is your Return Policy?
Occasionally So Chic Boutique misses a stitch here and there! If we make a mistake or ship a defective product, we will accept a return within 30 days. Please email us before returning items for a Return Authorization Number. Any returns sent without a RAN may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee. Please keep in mind; if you sent us incorrect information, and our stitching was as you asked, we can't refund your request. Please double check all orders before submitting.
Do you offer Custom Orders?
Absolutely! We have thousands of designs available as well as the capability to create ones of our own. If you have something in mind that you don’t see, just give us a call or shoot us an email. Custom orders start at $10 extra.
Do you offer Volume Discounts?
Yes! Orders of 5 or more of a single product qualify for Volume Pricing. Please call or email us with your inquiry. We also love to work with schools and non-profit organizations. Contact Us regarding your special event or fundraiser!
Do you offer Wholesale Accounts?
We always welcome wholesale inquiries. You will need to provide your company name, billing address, shipping address, contact name, phone and fax numbers, email address, and your tax resale number. Contact Us for more info!
